Project financing through Debt will be from the financial institutions, venture capitalists and through Foreign direst investment in the form of preference shares with Cumulative Dividend with the option either redeem or convert the debt into equity at par after the project completion. These investors would be termed as founding Investors .
The Founding Investors are those who are willing to take stake in the development of the Knowledge City Project right from the initial stage and are willing to participate in this endeavor jointly with TRAC Technologies India Limited.
The Potential Investors (both individuals as well as institutions ) will be provided with details of the concept of the TRAC Knowledge City Project.
Founding Investors shall:
Share a common vision and goal in setting up this unified Centralized Centre of Excellence.
Enjoy special previleges such as eligibility to become Directors in the main company or nominee Directors in the participating company on behalf of TRAC Technologies India Limited.
Selected members from emong the Founding Investors will also have the privilege of participating in all the important meetings to review the planning and progress of the project.
